WAIVER OF LIABILITY The undersigned organization acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for: Any dangers posed by the hanging of the banner. In addition, the undersigned agrees to hold harmless the Mansfield Municipal Electric Department (MMED) and the Town of Mansfield against any and all claims resulting from the hanging/display of this banner. The undersigned also agrees that MMED reserves the right not to install any banner which it determines, in its sole judgement, to be inadequately constructed. Minimum specifications for banners are shown below. (Minimum height is 3’ high, maximum width is 20’ wide.) Banners to be constructed of heavy duty vinyl (16 or 18 oz.), with reinforced corners and nylon webbing sewn into hem on all four sides. Grommets are to be installed through the hem and webbing in all four corners and every 2 feet on the top and bottom. (D-rings are optional) Wind holes are required. |
