AVAILABILITY |
|
|
Service under this rate is available for all domestic purposes
in private residences or individually metered apartments.

Customer Charge:
$4.00 per monthly billing period
Distribution Charge:
Gross: 3.95 cents per kilowatt hour
Net: 3.16 cents per kilowatt hour
Generation Charge:As provided in the Department’s
“Generation Charge” tariff, M.D.P.U. #128

DISCOUNT |
|
|
A twenty percent (20%) discount is allowed on the Distribution Charge if payment is received at the Department's office not later than the 15 days from the billing date. No discount is allowed when arrears are due. Such discounts do not apply to the Generation Charge and the Customer Charge.

HYDROPOWER CREDIT |
|
|
As provided in the Department's "Hydropower Credit"
schedule, M.D.P.U. #129.
|
|
|
MINIMUM CHARGE |
|
|
The minimum charge will be the monthly Customer Charge.
|

TERMS AND CONDITIONS |

|
The Mansfield Municipal Electric Department’s Terms and Conditions for Service as in effect from time to time, where not inconsistent with any provision hereof, are part of this rate.

OPTIONAL RESIDENTIAL OFF-PEAK RATE |
|
|
AVAILABILITY |
|
|
Residential off-peak service is available under this rate only to those residential customers who are currently using this service and who have installed and have in regular operation a separately metered electric range and electric water heater of a type approved by the Department. No new off-peaks customers will be accepted.
