Connecting / Disconnecting Service

Moving Into Mansfield - Renting:

If you are renting a house or apartment in Mansfield, please notify us at least 1 business day before you need service in your name.  You will need to:

  1. Complete a Residential Service Application
  2. Present photo ID
  3. Pay a deposit - PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH AT OUR OFFICE

The easiest way to do this is to come into our office.  We are located at 125 High St Unit # 1; Mansfield, MA 02048.   Our business hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8:00am – 4:00pm; Wednesday 8:00am – 8:00pm and Friday 8:00am -12noon.

If you cannot come into our office, you can complete the “Residential Service Application” and take a color copy of your photo id.  Please call the office at 508-261-7361 to speak with one of our Customer Service Reps who will give you their email address to submit this paperwork.  You will also be able to pay the deposit over the phone using a credit/debit card or by converting a check to an electronic funds transfer.
